Year 2 had an amazing day visiting @hartleburycastle earlier this week. The children loved going back in time and experiencing a Victorian classroom. They compared how different it was to our classroom now. We looked at punishments, writing on slates and how they would learn to read. They didn't quite like the strict teacher!! They also enjoyed exploring the museum, dressing up in clothes from the past and playing with old Victorian toys at playtime.
